I purchased a battery for my Yamaha Grizzly 350 last year. The battery worked great. However, unforeseen circumstances kept me from running the ATV for several months and it was parked where there was no plug for a tender. After been drained for that period of time, the battery would not take a charge. It was still within the 18 month warranty. However, almost any battery would fail under these circumstances. I contacted Chrome Battery, and was very happy when they indicated that all I needed to do was purchase a Mailing Label and they would ship a replacement battery. I consider this exceptional customer service~!

Great little battery. I like the button and view window on top of the battery. With a push of a button you can see what voltage is left. It shows other things that I have not tried to figure out. I installed the battery and tried it out but my carburetor started leaking so I got Side tracked searching for another carb. I will go back to the other functions. It came fully charged.
