the battery arrived quickly and in good condition. the method for adding acid wasn't the same as with other batteries, so I reached out to the company asking for detailed checklist/instructions. they responded quickly, asking for picture of item and order number which I immediately sent back. after I week, I called back, and it seems their reply didn't come through, but they quickly provided the information. very helpful
