I'm really happy with the customer service on my Chrome Battery purchase. I think the solution to my battery warranty was very fair especially considering the fact that I may have contributed to the issue with it.
The new battery arrived hopefully this one doesn't die before we get it take it out of the box and use it like the last one did that's why they had to send us a new battery

This is my third or fourth Chrome battery purchase. Previous batteries were for low use ATV’s and they have been outstanding. Self discharge was minimal, they recharge and perform then perform well. So when my old Road King needed a battery I ordered a Chrome, too early know long term but I have no doubt it will be Just fine.
