Customer for life. Called the number and left a message late one afternoon thinking I'll never hear back. By my surprise I received a text the next day with instructions on how to submit a warranty claim which was easy and simple. I had questions and Chrome response was fast and this company did what was expected. Its great to know there's still a company that stands behind their warranty.
