Batteries appear ro be very good so far, only used them a few times.
No complaints. Motorcycle battery arrived well packaged. Received updates while the unit was in transit makes tracking easier.
Great battery. My 3 month old chrome battery went completely dead and would not hold a load. I contacted customer service and told them about it. I asked if i could get the pirate battery instead,Tiffany told me it was the same battery. I said if that was the case then just send me the pirate unit. She would not so i just wound up buying this new one instead of dealing with the hassle
The warranty process was slow but thorough. I would definitely buy from Chrome Battery again as I have many times in the past.
Bought a battery from the Amazon store and 11 months later the battery would not take a charge. I contacted chrome battery and they did the one time warranty replacement with no questions asked and all I had to pay for was a very reasonable shipping charge.
So far everything is working fine
Had a warranty issue. Took me a few tries to get to the correct web page to do the transaction, but when I did it was very easy. Mostly automated process, but the rep I did end up communicating with was very pleasant and helpful. Not the first time I've dealt with this seller, and it won't be the last. 5 star service !

Great price good product
Repeat customer and great battery. Instead of Fedx was shipped USPS and arrived late and beaten up. Corner of battery was dented but doesn't leak. Would recomend putting in another box if shipping USPS.
