I had purchased a chrome battery for my ATV back in June of '23. It worked perfect but started cranking slow when the temp got colder. I charged and load tested it and it wasn't up to par anymore. I contacted Chrome and they offered to send me a replacement for just a $8 shipping fee. I thought this was more than fair and Chrome now has a repeat customer as I plan on buying all my small batteries from them. Good product, honest company.
My Harley motorcycle became my only form of transportation, and being idled without transportation to rely on an uber, is out of the question to get around ..On a Saturday morning, I went to start my bike to go to the gym, and the battery lost its charge and the bike was dead as a doornail. I charged it, but it was not suffice to be totally depended upon, maybe the Florida heat, who knows. I emailed contacted, customer support, they easily lead me to a discounted shipping label page, to my email, and for 8.50 my new replacement battery was ordered......Like I mentioned eariler, being left idled without transportation is like watching grass grow, and totally not in my realm of thinking. I then contacted support again, because truthfully, the battery arrived in recored breaking time when I first purchased so I was trying to catch lightening in a bottle one more time. So I emailed support right after purchasing the shipping label, just to inform them, and hoping that day to catch the morning mail to ship out the battery....Wow wow wow, My reply back was YOUR BATTERY HAS SHIPPED.................
Just, so we all know, I was asked for a survey, NOT PAID TO DO A SURVEY.
SO HOW COULD I NOT?
Now knowing my replacment battery was on its way within an hour or so of making customer support contact, my brain was good to go knowing I would not be stranded on Gilligans island for who knows how long.......Believe me when I tell you, I have bought tens of years of motorcycle batteries for my two bikes, Not only did save big monry buying this chrome battery the first time, the replacement battery discount shipping was only 8.50......with lighten speed as my emergency was handled by their urgency to satisfy a customer in need. Heck, at times I waited longer on line in that famous motorcyle parts department, just to ask a question for buying a part, then this whole process took.....and for 8.50 out of pocket no questions asked.
Heck, we all know, it's very hard to get anything for 8.50 especial when H D stands for hundred dollaras.........
Now the crazy part, that battery core is actually a 10.00 refund, to that popular orange colored auto parts store netting you a 1.50 profit
LOTS of places online to buy from, as for me, now its one less time wasting search trying to buy batteries Just saying..........
Hey, my battery died while it was still under warranty and all I had to do was pay the small shipping fee to have the new battery delivered to my front door. Great company to do business with for sure. I’ve even purchased another battery for my other atv.
