Completely satisfied with the replacement process

I can't fault the company for an occasional faulty product; no one or nothing is perfect. I've purchased several of these battery pairs, and this time one of the two batteries would not hold a charge. I dithered about before I notified the company (beyond the 60-day no-questions-asked period), but they still responded quickly and to my satisfaction. I paid $8 for a pre-paid return label, but they say that is a discount, and I wouldn't doubt it; these things are heavy. (I didn't check the cost to return; it's very convenient to drop off a pre-paid package and LEAVE.) The company must have sent my replacement before the return hit the floor because I received it quickly. I will purchase from this company again. BTW, I've seen an estimated lifetime of about 2 1/2 years, and that's close from my experience.
