Great Expectations
No, not the Charles Dickens story, but Great Expectations for this battery. Have not installed yet but the ordering and shipping process was flawless and the Customer Service response was above and beyond. For whatever reason I have yet to have a motorcycle battery last more than 2 years even with extraordinary care. Even one I purchased from the famed American motorcycle dealer labeled with their name lasted only a year. So much for name brand credibility I guess. Soooo, I have great expectations for the Chrome Pro battery. We shall see.

I checked on my battery and found that it had a 24 month warranty. I called ChromeBattery and explained that my original battery was no longer functional.
